A Clinical Insight into the Pharmacological Treatment of Vertigo

Vertigo and dizziness are common symptoms in everyday clinical practice. The treatment is dependent on the specific etiology.
Depending on the cause of the vertigo, drugs with different mechanisms of action may be used to combat this disabling
disease. Symptomatic treatment is given special importance in the treatment of vertigo. This article critically reviews the
commonly used drugs, single or in combination, in the therapy of patients with vertigo.
