What is the Diagnosis?

A 21-year-old woman with 37 weeks 2 days pregnancy presents with loss of fetal movement and pain in abdomen since 3 days. On general examination: patient was of average built with marked pallor, pulse 120/min, and blood pressure 100/60 mmHg. Respiratory and cardiovascular system did not reveal any abnormality. Per abdominal examination: heights of uterus 34 weeks, tenderness present, lower pole empty, fetal heart sound were absent. Per vaginum examination: OS closed, cervix long uneffaced. Investigation: hemoglobin 5 g/dL, blood group AB –ve, bleeding time 2 minutes 15 seconds, and clotting time 3 minutes.

b)     Ruptured uterus

c)     Fetal death
