This image is a bisected uterus of 45 years old female presents with negative repeated urine pregnancy test and low serum human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) level. Ultrasound examination showed an enlarged uterus measuring (18.8 × 9.7 × 15.6 cm) with complex mass in endometrial cavity with multiple small hypoechoic areas, increased vascularity and no fetal parts.
